Scorpion Power System Ltd is a Hong Kong manufacturer of brushless motors and electronic speed controllers for electric RC models. Founded in 1987 by RC enthusiast Georges, the company began by making glow plugs for sport and competition flying. His later participation in electric pattern flying and pylon racing helped shape its move into electric propulsion, with development focused on motors and controllers able to withstand the demands of competition.
Scorpion introduced its brushless power systems through beta test programs in autumn 2006, followed by commercial availability in January 2007. Its motors and speed controllers serve both competition flying and other electric RC applications. The company is based in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong.
