We use anonymous website statistics to understand page views, traffic sources and sourcing enquiries. Our own statistics do not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Access records contain limited page paths, time, response status, country and request type; they do not contain enquiry text, email addresses, IP addresses or full query strings. Access records are retained for up to seven days and aggregate statistics for up to one year. Analytics failures do not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.
The enquiry form collects the contact and project information you choose to submit so that ChinaDrone can respond to your sourcing request. It is not published or used to generate website content.
Your enquiry is handled by ChinaDrone for sourcing discussions. We do not forward enquiries to manufacturers. Only authorized operators can access the management workspace; enquiries are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database, synchronized to a private local copy and included in encrypted backups. Hosting and anti-abuse providers process information needed to operate these services.
There is currently no scheduled automatic deletion, including for encrypted backups. Retention is assessed manually against sourcing needs, business records and applicable obligations. Any approved correction or deletion request must also address our local copy and the treatment of backup records; a local mirror is separate from the encrypted backups.
We do not provide customer accounts or self-service access, correction or deletion controls. To make a privacy request, use the enquiry form, enter Privacy request as the application and describe your request. We verify your identity and assess requests under applicable law, including any legitimate record-retention requirements. Please do not submit identity documents or sensitive personal information in the form.
