The Scorpion HK5-5024-475kv (6 x 36mm shaft) is a BLDC motor designed primarily for high-power 700-class helicopters operating on 14s, with 12s operation intended for larger-diameter helicopter applications. Its architecture combines a 50 mm stator diameter, 24 mm stator thickness, 12 stator arms and 10 stator poles. Cooling uses an internal fan together with an external centrifugal fan. The motor has a 475KV RPM/Volt rating, a 5T / 6T winding specification and 1.6mm motor wire.
