The Scorpion A-6528-200kv V2 is a BLDC propulsion motor for acrobatic, sport and UAV airplanes. It is intended for 85"-95" acrobatic aircraft or other sport and UAV airplanes requiring up to 6000w. Aircraft weight ranges are 8.18kg - 12.7kg for acrobatics and 12.7kg - 36kg for single-engine sport or UAV use. Recommended propellers are 23x10E for efficiency and 60cc performance, 24x10E for optimal operation and 70cc-76cc performance, and 24x12E or 25x8E for high altitude.
The motor has a 65.0 mm stator diameter, 28 mm stator thickness, 12 stator arms and 14 magnet poles, with a 6T/7T Delta winding. Construction includes 0.2mm silicon steel stator sheets and enamel-coated copper windings rated above 200C+. Integration requires space for a 78.5 mm x 67.8mm motor body and a 10mm external shaft. Weight is 998g for the motor alone and 1115g with the mount and propeller mounting accessories. The recommended ESC is the Tribunus III 14-150A.
The supplied package contains one A-6528 BLDC motor, a stock A-55/65 cross mount, four M4 cross-mount bolts, three female 6mm connectors, three heat-shrink pieces and three stickers. Continuous ratings are 95A and 4218 Watts; peak ratings are 162A and 7200 Watts. Peak power applies to intermittent full-throttle use for 5 - 60 seconds, depending on use case and cooling. The maximum rated LiPo configuration is 12s, with higher cell counts possible when using smaller propellers. Packaged weight is 1490g.
