Product overview
The Scorpion HK5-4026-815KV (6x32mm shaft) is a BLDC motor intended for 550–600 class helicopters using up to 8s LiPo. Its 815KV RPM/Volt motor constant accompanies continuous ratings of 100 Amps and 3000 Watts. Peak output reaches 135A and 4050 Watts, each limited to two seconds; that power ceiling also applies to its stated use in other applications. Cooling combines an internal fan with an external centrifugal fan. Higher cell counts are possible with appropriate gear ratio adjustment.
The motor body measures 49.5mm x 57.30mm (1.95" x 2.25"), defining the body space needed for integration. External shaft dimensions are specified separately as 5.98mm x 36mm (0.235" x 1.42"). Internally, the motor uses a 40 mm stator diameter, 26 mm stator thickness, 12 stator arms, 10 stator poles, a 4T Delta winding and 1.6mm motor wire. The supplied package contains one HK5-4026 BLDC motor, three female 4mm connectors, three heat-shrink pieces and one hardware/accessory pack. Weight including packaging is 400g.
