The Scorpion HKIII-4025 Shaft Kit (6mm) is a motor repair component for replacing a bent or broken shaft in Scorpion HK-4025, HKIII-4025 and HKIV-4025 helicopter motors. Its hardened steel shaft has an 8mm main diameter, an overall length of 83.7mm and a 6mm output end. That output end accommodates stock pinion gears with a 6mm inner bore. Removal requires a bearing press or drill press, with the front housing supported in a block of wood to prevent warping.
