The Scorpion A2-Series Standoff Set (30cc-40cc) provides an adjustable mounting arrangement for electric-motor installations, with a design developed around the A2-50–A2-65 Series motors. Its physical arrangement uses removable spacers, deep threads and long M5 bolts. With 30cc-40cc class A2-Series motors, adding or removing spacers adjusts the installation length to correspond to an equivalently sized gas engine with its standard standoff. This makes the set relevant to installations requiring that gas-engine mounting length.
The specified stand-off length is 75.0mm, with a minimum length of 75.0mm (2.92") and a maximum of 95.0mm (3.74"). Bolt dimensions are M5*0.8, and the 180g weight includes packaging. Scorpion A2-Series gas-equivalent-sized cross mounts provide a complementary integration option for matching bolt-hole spacing as well as motor length to a common gas-engine size. That spacing adaptation depends on combining the standoff set with those cross mounts; the length adjustment comes from the spacer arrangement.
