The Scorpion HK5-4035-595kv is a BLDC motor intended for 600 to lightweight 700 size helicopters using 10s-12s LiPo batteries. Its cooling arrangement pairs an internal fan with an external centrifugal fan. The motor has a 40 mm stator diameter and 35 mm stator thickness, with 12 stator arms, 10 stator poles, a 4T Delta winding and 1.56mm motor wire. Its 595KV RPM/Volt specification accompanies continuous ratings of 110 Amps and 4884 Watts; peak output reaches 185A and 8200 Watts for two seconds.
Installation requires space for a 49.5mm x 67.1mm motor body and a 5.98mm x 38mm external shaft. The supplied configuration consists of one HK5-4035 BLDC motor, three female 4mm connectors, three heat-shrink pieces and one hardware/accessory pack. This is a motor component for integration into a helicopter power system. The maximum LiPo specification is 12s, with higher cell counts possible when accompanied by appropriate gear ratio adjustment. Other applications may use its power capability, subject to the two-second limit on 8200 Watts peak output.
