The Scorpion HK-4535-450KV motor (8mm) Limited Edition is a brushless propulsion component intended for 700 class electric helicopters using 14-cell Li-Po power. Its winding uses a single strand of 1.5 mm wire in a 5T+5T double Wye configuration. Installation requires sufficient pinion-to-main-gear clearance to prevent binding. Bearings need periodic replacement and a small drop of oil every 5-6 flights. The 2-Year material and workmanship warranty excludes bearings and subsequent motor damage caused by bearing failure.
