Benewake (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is a LiDAR company founded in Beijing, China, in 2015, with operations spanning research and development, manufacturing, sales and services. Its hardware portfolio includes single-point distance sensors, 2D LiDAR and 3D LiDAR for applications in autonomous mobility, UAVs, robotics, industrial measurement and transportation.

Its single-point range includes TF-Luna, an unenclosed sensor with a 0.2–8 m measurement range, a weight below 5 g and power consumption of no more than 0.35 W. TFmini-S provides 0.1–12 m ranging with IP65 protection and UART, I/O and I²C interfaces, while TF02-Pro extends the range to 0.1–40 m. Longer-range options include the IP67-protected TF350, specified for 0.2–350 m, and TFA1500-L, an unenclosed 11 g UART module with a 0.5–1500 m range and an adaptive frame rate of 60–800 Hz.

For near-field robot sensing, NOVA20 uses 20 detection channels across a 40° field of view. This unenclosed 2D LiDAR weighs less than 5 g and provides a specified range of 1 m at 10% reflectivity under 100 klux illumination, operating at 10 Hz. The 3D portfolio includes the IP67-protected LR10 series, with a 0.05–18 m range and Ethernet, GMSL and I/O interfaces, alongside AD2-S-X3, specified for 300 m at 10% reflectivity with 1000Base-T1 Automotive Ethernet. Benewake's documented applications include UAV terrain following and position hold, robot obstacle avoidance and fall prevention, crane positioning, liquid-level and volume measurement, smart parking and last-mile unmanned delivery.
