Product overview
The Benewake TFS20-L is a miniaturized single-point LiDAR module for distance measurement in consumer drones, service robots and Internet of Things devices. Its fully integrated, single-channel direct time-of-flight design combines an infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor, histogram statistical processing and a fast TDC architecture. The module measures 21 mm × 15 mm × 7.87 mm and weighs approximately 1.35 g. It includes reflectivity correction and built-in temperature compensation, and is supplied without an enclosure for integration into a host device.
The TFS20-L has a measurement range of 0.2–20 m, a frame rate of 1–250 Hz and specified accuracy of ±6 cm. Its maximum range is 20 m, while sunlight-resistant ranging reaches 15 m under ambient illumination of 100 KLux. An integrated power module operates from a single 3.3 V supply, with power consumption of ≤0.35 W. UART and I²C provide communication interfaces, and native support for the PX4 and Ardupilot ecosystems supports integration into compatible autopilot systems.
