Yaofeng Radar develops surveillance radars and integrated defense systems focused on detecting low-altitude, slow-speed, small-sized targets. Its anti-drone radar range includes the YFR-02A, YFR-02B, YFR-03B and YFR-04B. Applications include border security, protection of key sites, urban low-altitude security and maritime safety.
The YFR-02 is a three-coordinate pulse-Doppler radar combining mechanical azimuth scanning with elevation phase scanning. The YFR-03 uses mechanical azimuth scanning and elevation digital beamforming to detect and locate low-altitude aircraft. The YFR-04 is a three-coordinate pulse-Doppler radar with two-dimensional phase scanning, intended for detection in complex urban environments and individual battlefield surveillance. Yaofeng Radar also combines multi-frame tracklet data, micro-Doppler signatures and proprietary AI algorithms for target recognition, including distinguishing drones.
