Product overview
The JND ST-26-M3BD from Shenzhen JND Technology Co., Ltd is a complete GNSS engine module built around the AG3331 chipset. It receives satellite signals through an antenna input and delivers position, velocity and time messages over a serial interface using NMEA or a customer protocol. Its supported navigation systems include GPS, BDS, GLONASS and Galileo, together with SBAS augmentation through WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS and GAGAN. The hardware also incorporates a high-gain low-noise amplifier.
Measuring 16x12x2.4mm, the module provides a compact component for integration into portable electronics and vehicle navigation systems. Castellated connections support its physical integration, while the electrical requirements are a 3.3V operating supply and maximum current consumption of 35mA at that voltage. Its operating temperature range extends from -40 to 85°C. Receiver sensitivity is specified as -165dBm, and the module uses a lead-free, RoHS-compliant construction. These dimensions and electrical requirements define concrete constraints for the host design.
