The T-MOTOR ALPHA 40A 6S FOC Multi-Rotor UAVs ESC provides motor control for multirotor propulsion systems. Its sine-wave FOC architecture targets lower noise and torque ripple, while an independent voltage-regulator IC supplies the microprocessor for interference resistance. The controller combines a 30 kHz PWM drive with RPM and error-status outputs. Built-in protection covers overcurrent, motor lock-up, short circuits and low voltage. Its IP55 rating provides water and dust resistance, and the package contains one ESC plus a hardware kit.
Installation requires space for a 64.5 × 29.4 × 14.7 mm controller and its separate power, motor, signal and programming leads; weight including cables is 54.5 g. The supported 6S voltage range is 18–25.2 V, with no BEC. Despite the 40A model designation, continuous current is 20 A; 40 A applies to a 10-second peak. Throttle input spans 1100–1940 μs, with a 500 Hz refresh frequency and 120 ms response. Firmware upgrades require Data LINK, while Alpha Data Link enables end-user programming.
