Product overview
The AXR 9860 MG-D is a standard servo for RC steering, control surfaces and mechanisms. Its construction combines a coreless motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 40 × 20 × 40.4 mm body weighing 84 g. A 300 mm lead provides the electrical connection, while control uses PWM at 333 Hz. Installation planning needs to accommodate the body dimensions and establish the mounting pattern and arm connection; mating parts require the final mounting drawing because dimensional datums may differ.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V, with separate torque, speed and current figures at four supply voltages. At 8.4 V, it provides 67 kg·cm stall torque and a 0.098 s/60° no-load speed, alongside a 25 kg·cm rated torque. Load sizing must account for duty cycle because stall torque is not a continuous rating. Integration also requires allowance for transient current and careful neutral adjustment: the reference pulse is 1520 µs, while the angle mapping places centre at 1500 µs.

| Load sizing limitation | Stall torque is not a continuous load rating; mechanism sizing must account for rated torque and duty cycle. |
| Neutral setting and usable travel | Neutral setting and usable travel require confirmation for the controller and delivered version.Reference pulse: 1520 µs; position centre: 1500 µs. |
| Mounting interface qualification | Drawing and tabulated dimensions may use different datums; mating-part machining requires the final mounting drawing and interface version. |
| Commissioning requirements | Verify centre position, direction and mechanical travel, then increase the working load gradually.Commissioning with the load removed or limited. |
| Electrical and mechanical integration precautions | Allow for transient current and prevent voltage drop, reversed connections and sustained contact with mechanical stops. |
