The ZHTAERO Keel Plus Frame is a modular quadcopter frame for heavy-lift industrial UAV builds. It supports a 30kg payload, and frame weight is 4.05-5.66kg. The structure combines carbon fiber composite with aviation aluminum. The arms, center cabin and other high-stress areas use multi-layer cross-stacked carbon fiber, which gives strength and stiffness in every direction. A dragon claw quick-release structure lets one person carry and deploy the frame. Overall dimensions are 1020-1206 × 1050-1198.6 × 500mm, and the frame accepts propellers from 36 to 43 inches.
Power systems are listed by propeller size. For 36 inch propellers they are the A10L, A10XL, X9 PLUS and X9 G2L. For 41 or 43 inch propellers they are the A12L and X11 Plus. The frame uses 14S batteries rated 28Ah to 42Ah, connected through an AS150 power plug. Batteries mount externally in a symmetrical dual-bay or quad-bay layout and can be swapped quickly, which keeps missions running and extends flight time.
For integration, the frame has reserved openings for power and USB interfaces, cable routing holes and expansion ports. It also has more bottom payload space than traditional drones. The self-developed KP63 power module combines six functions in one unit: power module, step-down module, ESC signal, analog ammeter, optocoupler control and LED light.
