The RCTimer Ares 6S 4IN1 32 BIT 128KHz Brushless ESC Speed Controller Blheli_32 6-layer design is a motor-control component for RC racing drones. Its four-in-one architecture carries ratings of 60A continuous and 80A burst in each ESC. BLheli32 firmware runs on an STM32L431 Cortex-M4 microcontroller with an 80MHz clock and 128KB of flash memory. The motor-control hardware includes a DRV8320 three-phase smart gate driver and ultra-low Rds(on) MOSFETs with double-sided cooling.
The board occupies 40.8x45.7mm and uses a 30.5x30.5mm mounting-hole pattern, providing concrete dimensions for installation planning. Its power stage uses a six-layer design with full 4oz copper, alongside a four-layer logic control circuit. Integrated equipment comprises four separate current meters and a 560uF ceramic capacitor; external capacitor pads provide an additional connection point. An exclusive connector is provided for the Ares F7 flight controller. The electrical input range is 3~6S, and the controller has no BEC.
