The RTF 5315-220KV-BLACK-V1 is a 220KV rotor motor configured for a 12S LiPo battery. Its recommended propulsion combination pairs the motor with an RTF 100A 4in1 12S AT electronic speed controller and HQ15*7*3, HQ15*10*3, HQ16*8*3 or HQ17*8*3 propellers. The motor has 12 slots and 14 poles, uses 698ZZ and 688ZZ bearings, and weighs 400 g including wires. Its stator incorporates silicon steel sheets with rust protection and a coating rated for resistance to 180°C.
Rated output power is 1140 W, with maximum power specified at 3590 W for 13 seconds. Maximum current is 74.9 A for 13 seconds in a non-enclosed environment at an ambient temperature of 25°C or below. Specified maximum thrust is 9.82 kg. Installation features include a 6 mm shaft, four M4 motor mounting holes on a 30 mm diameter pattern, and two M3 propeller mounting holes on each of the 12 mm and 15 mm diameter patterns. The motor has 620 mm long 14AWG leads.
