Product overview

The Happymodel SuperX ELRS V1.0 AIO 5IN1 AIO flight controller integrates flight control, a four-in-one ESC, Betaflight OSD, a UART ExpressLRS receiver and a 5.8G OpenVTX video transmitter. Its processors are an STM32F411CEU6 operating at 100MHZ with 512K FLASH and an ESP32-PICO-D4; the BMI270 sensor connects through SPI. The specified mount hole size is 25.5mm*25.5mm. Electrical integration requires a 1S battery input within DC 2.9V-4.35V, while the OSD uses SPI control.

The onboard Blheli_S four-in-one ESC accepts 1S LiPo or LiPo HV power and carries a 5A continuous rating, with 6A peak operation limited to three seconds. Its factory configuration uses Bluejay v0.19.2 firmware and DSHOT300, with BLHeliSuite programming supported. Recommended startup power values are min1100/max1200, and the firmware target is O-H-5 48KHZ. Integrated voltage and current sensors use meter scales of 110 and 1175 respectively. These electrical limits and settings define the motor-control configuration.

The 2.4GHz ExpressLRS receiver uses an enameled copper wire antenna and serial CRSF, supports 50Hz/150Hz/250Hz/500Hz packet rates, and works with ExpressLRS V3.x.x transmitter modules. Its firmware can be flashed separately over Wi-Fi. The OPENVTX provides 40 channels, MSP control, PIT mode and a U.FL antenna connector, drawing less than 650ma at 5V and 400mw. If a Betaflight port-tab save and reboot leaves VTX readiness showing False, power-cycling the flight controller restores the status to true.
