Changsha Jinwei Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd develops BeiDou navigation chips, boards and modules, including high-precision GNSS hardware for UAV positioning and heading. Its UAV solutions support single-board dual-antenna or dual-board dual-antenna configurations, centimeter-level real-time positioning and moving relative positioning for flight-control applications. Established in 2013, the company also develops baseband SoCs and chipsets for navigation and signal processing, with applications across transportation, energy, agriculture, emergency search and rescue, automotive electronics and unmanned platforms.
Its NM873-GA positioning module uses the company's NEMO integrated baseband and RF chip and supports RTK, DGNSS and PPP positioning. Measuring 17 × 22 × 2.8 mm, it receives signals from BDS, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS, with optional SBAS L1 reception. It supports satellite-only RTK updates at 10 Hz, with horizontal RTK accuracy specified as ≤1 cm + 1 ppm (1σ). The module requires 3.0–3.6 V DC and operates from −40°C to +85°C. The broader hardware range includes short-message communication modules and LEO internet modules.
