The chip is a high-speed three-phase half-bridge gate driver for high-side N-channel power MOSFETs in multirotor and FPV motor control applications.
It has a 60 V operating voltage, a maximum drive capability of 4 A and integrated bootstrap diodes.
Three output channels use internal adaptive dead-time to prevent cross-conduction.
High-side and low-side outputs are controlled independently, and the high-side circuitry includes under-voltage protection.
