Product overview
The MAD AM40 10KV Power Systme Kit provides a propulsion component package for heavy-lift drone integration. Its configuration choices cover propeller size, rotation direction and the availability of propeller locking. The listed supplied equipment for each version comprises one ESC and one CW or CCW propeller. Propeller options are 55x22 in and 61x17 in, with CW and CCW offered as selectable rotation directions when specifying the package for a drone installation.
Kit A supplies an ESC with standard firmware and one CW or CCW propeller, without a propeller-locking function. Kit B adds a motor feature that uses a magnetic encoder to detect and lock the propeller at a specified stop position. That function requires compatible ESC firmware, and Kit B’s listed equipment includes an ESC with the required firmware plus one CW or CCW propeller. The version choice therefore determines both the locking capability and the supplied ESC firmware configuration.
