The HYUCX LS12 is a handheld counter-drone jammer built around eight independent jamming modules and a forward-directed antenna. Its coverage comprises ten named frequency bands, while its selectable-channel configuration lists nine channel ranges. Independent band buttons let the operator disable unused bands. The specified jamming distance is 1,000–2,000 m, depending on the target, with a response time of ≤3 s. These characteristics position the LS12 as portable equipment for responding to drone incursions, with operation focused through its directional antenna.
The 490 × 260 × 90 mm body weighs 3.9 kg and uses machined 7075 aviation aluminum as both enclosure and heat sink, supplemented by an internal cooling fan. A removable battery, glove-compatible grip, trigger control and real-time battery and band display support handheld use. The unit requires no assembly after removal from its case, and setup or packing takes less than 20 seconds. Its operating temperature range is –40 °C to 60 °C, and its thermal design carries a rated service life of 5 to 10 years.
