Product overview

The Beiwei Sensing BW-VG300 is a digital dynamic inclination sensor for integration into equipment requiring tilt measurement, including unmanned aircraft, robots and stabilized platforms. It supports dynamic and static measurement, with pitch coverage of ±90º and roll coverage of ±180º. Dynamic accuracy is 0.3°, while static accuracy and resolution are each 0.01°. Its processing features include nonlinearity and orthogonality compensation, gyroscope drift compensation, a dedicated bias-tracking algorithm for drift elimination, and high-performance Kalman filtering.

The packaged sensor measures 60 mm long, 59 mm wide and 29 mm high, defining its physical integration envelope. Weight is 280g including the cable, or 360g including packaging. Output is selectable among RS232, RS485 and TTL, making interface selection part of the integration configuration. The temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. Shock resistance is specified at 2000g for 0.5ms, three times per axis, and mean time between failures is at least 90000 hours.
