Product overview

The Caipu Keji (Zhejiang) FS6B Airborne Full-Spectrum Hyperspectral Camera combines VISNIR and SWIR cameras for airborne spectral imaging across 400-2500nm. Its applications include soil composition detection, mineral exploration, precision agriculture, forestry, ecological monitoring, and military camouflage and counter-camouflage. The physical architecture combines transmission-grating spectrometer modules, high-sensitivity area-array cameras, achromatic lenses and ultralight body materials. Together, the cameras provide at least 1450 spectral channels and at least 640 spatial channels, with different detector technologies and sampling characteristics for the two spectral bands.

The integrated configuration includes an embedded acquisition and processing unit, 8G memory, 512G solid-state storage and a USB3.0 camera interface. Application software comprises FIGSPEC UAV, FIGSPEC Merge mosaicking software, FIGSPEC Studio and image analysis software. Reflectance and regional correction support batch processing. Through a ground station, an operator can observe aircraft sampling locations, hyperspectral images and spectral data in real time. The system supports single-person operation without a specialist UAV operator, while its built-in processor handles acquisition and processing.

Integration must accommodate a power requirement of ≤72W, an operating temperature range of 0-40°C and a storage range of 0-50°C. The VISNIR camera uses a CMOS detector with internal air cooling; the SWIR camera uses an MCT detector with Stirling cooling. At the 25mm focal length, the combined field of view is 21.7° and the combined instantaneous field of view is 0.59mrad. Frame rates are 128fps for VISNIR and 200fps for SWIR, with respective FWHM spectral resolutions of ≤2.5nm and ≤10nm.
