The SS-LD-AS01L is a compact solid-state LiDAR component measuring 17 × 8.5 × 6 mm. It combines hybrid-stacked integrated SPAD technology with VCSEL lasers and direct time-of-flight (dToF) ranging to generate 3D images. This configuration supports applications that use distance and spatial information, including drone altitude stabilization and leveling, assisted focusing, security surveillance, navigation and obstacle avoidance. The component is black, and its specified material is PVC.
