The Nanjing Feiying Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd 4800W Lighting Fixture Set is an airborne floodlighting payload for FlyCart30 and FlyCart100 aircraft. Its butterfly-shaped lamps attach to the aircraft arms with quick-fitting rubber straps, while their wiring plugs into the onboard power supply. Each lamp weighs 700g, and the complete assembly weighs 2950g including connecting cables and straps. Electrical integration requires an 800–1000VDC direct tether supply. Lighting power is 4800W, rising to 10000W in ultra-bright mode, with 800000lm output and approximately 168lm/W efficacy.
The factory configuration includes a 30° lens, with other angles selectable for application needs. Optics determine the balance between coverage and illuminance: at 50m, the 30° lens provides a maximum illuminated area of 3000m² and effective-area illuminance of 161lux, compared with 22000m² and 60lux for the 90° lens. Controls include enclosure buttons, a mobile app, a remote host computer and the aircraft controller. Automatic functions switch lighting with takeoff and landing and reduce output during overheating or insufficient source power; manual operation offers stepped adjustment, continuous dimming and strobe mode.
