Product overview
The CKESC STONE 80A-MC from Nanchang Changkong Technology is a brushless electronic speed controller for UAV propulsion integration. Its architecture combines power leads, three motor-phase leads, a shielded signal cable and a separate data feedback cable. The controller measures 90.4 × 36 × 18.5mm and weighs 112g including wiring, defining its installation space and mass contribution. PWM control accepts 3.3–5V signal levels, while optically isolated signal input/output interfaces provide interference isolation. Serial telemetry provides supply voltage, motor speed, current, ESC temperature and debugging data.
The electrical specification is 80A and 6–14S, with continuous operation specified separately at 50A under particular heat-dissipation conditions and a 100A maximum lasting three seconds. Standard ingress protection is IP54, with IP67 available by customization, and there is no BEC. Low-voltage protection is disabled by default. Overtemperature protection progressively reduces available power above 125°C, while signal loss triggers a staged throttle reduction to shutdown. Stall protection attempts a restart, but a stall at high throttle can damage the controller. Rotation direction is software configurable.
