GEMFAN HOBBY CO., LTD. develops and manufactures drone propellers under the GEMFAN brand. Established in 2012, the company combines research, design, production and marketing. Its range covers multirotor and fixed-wing propellers, FPV racing propellers, industrial drone propellers, spinners and accessories. Applications include racing, freestyle flying, aerial photography, cinematography, delivery, fruit picking and agricultural crop protection.
GEMFAN's propeller families include TINY, lightweight, long-endurance, Cinelifter, folding, ducted and luminous designs. Its FPV development history includes the 5030 and 5045BN series introduced in 2014, followed by racing series such as 5152, 51466, 51366, 51377 and 5129 during 2016–2024. The company has also collaborated with XOAF on fixed-wing products.
The company operates a 7,000-square-metre manufacturing facility and established an R&D laboratory in 2017 and a wind tunnel test area in 2022. Its equipment includes injection molding machines, CNC machining equipment, dynamometers, dynamic balancing testers and thrust testers. GEMFAN offers OEM and ODM propeller development from initial concepts through engineering validation and mass production, tailoring designs to aircraft size, motor specifications, payload requirements and operating environments.
