Product overview
The CKESC SKY 6S 50A from Nanchang ChangKong Technology is an electronic speed controller for model-aircraft propulsion. Its body measures 65 × 20.4 × 10.6mm, and its 40g weight includes wiring. It supports 2~6S supplies and 50A continuous operation with good heat dissipation, and has no BEC. Its connections comprise black/white twisted-pair signal wiring, blue three-phase silicone wiring and red/black silicone power wiring. Both power and three-phase leads use 14AWG conductors, with lengths of 95±5mm and 70±5mm respectively. Throttle input spans 1000~2000us at 50~500Hz, with 100~400Hz recommended; standby consumption is 21mA at 25V.
Protection functions inhibit startup under excessive supply voltage, limit current and retry unsuccessful starts, and restrict maximum throttle when excessive motor load is detected. Low-voltage protection is disabled by default and can be enabled through customization. Above 125°C, maximum output power gradually decreases, potentially reaching 40% of full-throttle power; original power returns after cooling. Stall protection attempts a restart, but a stall at high throttle may damage the controller. After 200ms of signal loss, output power progressively decreases: throttle drops below 50% within 1~2 seconds, then decreases slowly until shutdown.
