Product overview
The CKESC FLY 45A from Nanchang ChangKong Technology Co., Ltd. controls motor power in fixed-wing aircraft. Its 62 × 25 × 10 mm dimensions and 26 g weight, including wiring, define its installation footprint and mass. It combines a 3–4S input rating, a 5V, 3A switching step-down BEC and a 1000–2000 µs throttle range. Synchronous freewheeling is enabled by default. Rubycon electrolytic and high-capacity ceramic capacitors provide power filtering, while dual temperature monitoring supports protection. Standard and high-speed versions have distinct speed ratings for 2-, 12- and 14-pole motors.
Continuous current is 45A under specific cooling conditions; shorter ratings are 50A for 30 seconds and 55A for two seconds. After an unsuccessful start, protection limits starting current and automatically retries. Excessive motor load limits maximum throttle. Above 115°C, maximum output power gradually falls, potentially to 40% of full-throttle power; original power returns after cooling. After 200 ms of signal loss, output decreases, throttle falls below 50% within 1–2 seconds, then gradually reaches shutdown. Stall protection attempts a restart during normal operation, but a high-throttle stall may damage the controller. Low-voltage protection guards against battery overdischarge.
