The Mugin GF500 / GF600 Fixed-wing Servo and Propulsion Kit combines propulsion and servo procurement for aircraft assembly and fleet maintenance. It is a component package, with the airframe and flight controller excluded. Its defined hardware selection supports repeat builds, incoming-parts checks and replacement planning while leaving avionics selection and system integration to the buyer. The package has been matched and tested with GF500 and GF600 airframe kits. Buyers must specify their airframe version; older or modified aircraft need their version and propulsion details checked for the mounting arrangement.
The reference configuration lists a DLA232 EFI engine with starter and alternator, a DFDL 32 × 14 wooden pusher propeller, and eight servos covering aileron, rudder, elevator, steering and braking functions. It also lists four navigation lights, a pitot tube and installation accessories for the selected airframe. This inventory is for reference only; the actual items supplied take precedence. Components ship in their original manufacturer packaging. The rear-mounted propeller sits between the tail booms, limiting clearance after manual starting. With suitable start controls installed, electric starting allows personnel to remain away from the propeller arc.
Integration requires propulsion mounting, fuel-system work, electrical power distribution and aircraft-specific control setup. Fuel-system hardware, ignition battery and regulation, GNSS and communication equipment are excluded. A wiring harness is not standard; wiring and connector preparation are available by arrangement. Separately purchased Pixhawk or CubePilot controllers require configuration, calibration and failsafe setup. The brake mechanism needs checking and its linkage and controls completing. Engine commissioning and ground checks precede flight testing. VTOL builds require a corresponding kit with vertical-lift hardware. Payload capacity and endurance depend on the completed aircraft and operating conditions.
