Product overview
The LRS-Mini from LaSense Technology is a methane laser telemeter for non-contact concentration monitoring along natural gas pipelines, at oil and gas stations, and in other locations requiring methane leak detection and tracking of concentration changes. Its measurement distance is stated as over 300 m, with real-time response as fast as 5 ms and sensitivity at the 1 ppm·m level. 5 ms represents the fastest stated response.
Designed for areas where fixed monitoring equipment is difficult to install, the LRS-Mini can be operated by hand or mounted on UAVs, robots, elevated pan-tilt platforms and inspection vehicles for mobile monitoring across larger areas. The gray unit measures 48 × 36 × 46 mm and uses carbon-board construction. It forms part of LaSense Technology’s range of high-precision laser gas analyzers and long-distance laser telemeters, developed for applications including petroleum and natural gas inspection, carbon emissions monitoring, semiconductor wafer processing and public safety inspection.
