The Kimpok 2.5G 10w is a wireless video transmitter for integration into drones used for professional aerial photography and industrial inspection. It combines operation in the 2.5G frequency band with 10W output and eight transmission channels. PAL and NTSC video support and FM modulation define its video transmission configuration. Its purpose is to carry real-time airborne video over long distances.
The black module measures 37 x 46 x 17.5mm, including its SMA connector and fan, giving integrators a defined equipment envelope for installation. Its 21.5g weight excludes the antenna, so that figure does not represent the complete antenna-equipped installation. The antenna interface has an SMA outer thread and inner hole. Electrical integration uses a 7 to 36V DC input, specified for 2 to 6S batteries, alongside a 5V 0.5A output. Over-temperature and overcurrent protection are included.
