Product overview
The HOBBYWING P65V combines a motor, electronic speed controller and propeller for large fixed-wing eVTOL UAVs. Its electrical architecture isolates protective earth from high-voltage power and low-voltage signals, with a low-impedance common-ground connection between the motor base and ESC housing. Sensor-based and sensorless control provide redundant motor-control paths. Adjustable propeller stopping positions support reduced cruise drag. The carbon-fibre composite propeller choices are VSC 60x20 and USC 54x23, with high-aspect-ratio blades and low-drag tips.
Installation requires space for a Φ167.1*H100.5 mm motor and a 225.6*98*60 mm ESC including its connector. Set weights of 6165 g* / 6252 g* include wiring and a propeller. CAN+RS485 is standard, with CAN+PWM and RS485+PWM optional; PWM calibration is unsupported. UAVCAN / RS485 communications support integration, while black-box recording covers 2~48h of real-time data. DataLinkBox G3 is the compatible parameter-setting box. The P65V operates over 280~480V DC* at a rated 335V. Maximum thrust is 116 kg within five minutes; rated thrust is 65kg, with thrust specifications measured at sea level and 25°C. The 10.1 kW output-power rating also has a five-minute limit. Ambient operation spans -35~55°C, with IP35 for the set, IP67 for the ESC and IPX5 for the motor. Overload-duration data require good motor and ESC cooling at sea level and 25°C. Exceeding safe overload durations is highly likely to cause irreversible failure, and the system does not automatically stop.
