The GEPRC MATEN 5.8G 10W VTX PRO provides video transmission for UAV installations, with four selectable power levels of 25mW, 2.5W, 5W and 10W, plus Pit mode. Its 104 channels span 4884-6184MHz, and the configurator supports direct frequency entry. IRC Tramp enables parameter adjustment through OSD, while a function button and three indicator lights provide local operation. These controls give an integrator several ways to configure the transmitter within the supported frequency range and power settings.
The transmitter combines a CNC aluminum alloy housing with a built-in micro turbofan and temperature protection. Its 78.5×43.6×25.3mm envelope and 110g transmitter-only weight define the space and mass needed for installation. Mounting options are 20x20mm with M2 hardware or 30.5×30.5mm with M3 hardware. Electrical integration requires DC12-36V from a 3-8S battery, with a peak operating current of 3.5A. The antenna connection is SMA, and the 5V@600mA auxiliary output is restricted to a camera or cooling fan.
The supplied package contains one transmitter, a 150mm PH1.25 two-pin power cable, a 150mm GH1.25 five-pin flight controller cable, six M2*5 screws, six M3*5 screws and a manual. The connector specification separately lists PH2.0 two-pin and GH1.25 five-pin connections, leaving a power-connector designation difference to account for during integration. Install an antenna before use and maintain continuous airflow during flight; confined operation requires a cooling fan. Battery input must never be connected to the 5V output because this causes severe transmitter damage.
