Product overview
The DYS MB30030 is a 30A electronic speed controller for multicopter motor control, supplied with updated SimonK firmware. Its body measures 46mm long, 26mm wide and 11mm high, with a weight of 23g, defining the component space and mass to accommodate during integration. The power stage combines driver circuitry and high-power MOS devices with a separate heat sink. Extremely low PCB output resistance supports current endurance, while a separate voltage-regulator IC serves the microprocessor to help resist electrical interference.
Electrical integration requires DC 6–16.8V input, specified for a 2–5S Lixx battery configuration, and the BEC provides 5V at 2A. Output is rated at 30A continuously; the 40A burst rating is limited to 10 seconds. Maximum supported motor speed depends on pole count: 210000 RPM for two poles, 70000 RPM for six poles and 35000 RPM for twelve poles. At power-on, the motor does not start immediately regardless of throttle-stick position. The SimonK tgy_debug multicopter program and a high-stability crystal oscillator support precise motor control.
