Product overview

Dongying Horizon Composite Co., Ltd. teamfoam-TE52 is a high-temperature-resistant PMI foam panel for aerospace applications. It combines isotropic mechanical properties with a 100% closed-cell structure, small, uniform cells and low resin absorption to help reduce structural weight. Its high heat distortion temperature supports molding processes including autoclave processing, while compatibility with various resin systems and thermoformability provide flexibility in structural design. High fatigue resistance makes it suitable for sandwich structures under high dynamic loads, complemented by an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, good dielectric properties and X-ray penetrability.
