Dongying Horizon Composite Co., Ltd. develops, produces and supplies PVC, PMI and PET foam materials and processes molded core kits for lightweight structures. Its HXCELL and TEAMFOAM brands span more than 150 product series, with applications in wind power, aerospace, rail transportation and sports equipment.
Its PMI range includes teamfoam-F32, a lightweight, heat-resistant foam board for CNC machining and custom designs, and teamfoam-TE52, a heat-resistant panel for aerospace applications. Both feature a 100% closed-cell structure with small, uniform cells and low resin absorption. They support thermoforming and molding processes including autoclave processing, offer compatibility with various resin systems, and are intended for sandwich structures subject to high dynamic loads.
