Founded in 2015, Tianying Brothers develops and manufactures industrial drones for agricultural crop protection, disinfection, inspection, security, emergency response, and data collection and analysis. Its hardware range includes TY-S20, TY-S30 and TY-S50 crop-protection drones, cargo-lifting and inspection drones, and the F70 unmanned ground vehicle. The company also provides drone customization, pilot training, technical support, after-sales support and agricultural services. Its Tianying cloud platform supports data sharing and coordination for crop-protection drone operations.
The TY-S80 agricultural drone, model 3WWDZ-80A, uses interchangeable liquid-spraying and granular-spreading systems for pesticide application, liquid fertilization, seed sowing, granular fertilizer distribution, fish and shrimp feeding, and snow-melting agent spreading. It has a rated liquid tank capacity of 78 L and a stated spreading capacity of 120 L; field-application descriptions also refer to an 80 L liquid tank. Maximum spray flow is 36 L/min, effective spray width is 6–10 m, and maximum takeoff weight is 149.9 kg. Equipment includes RTK centimeter-level positioning, terrain following, obstacle avoidance and four standard centrifugal atomizing nozzles with droplet sizes of 50–250 μm. Specified operating conditions are 0–40°C and winds up to 8 m/s, with an optimal spraying height of 2.5–3.5 m. The folding airframe supports transport between work sites.
