Product overview
The Tianying Brothers X-32 combines seeding and agricultural chemical application in a flight platform with capacity for up to 32 L of agricultural chemicals. Its arms fold quickly to reduce the space required for vehicle transport between work sites. An O-ring design provides vibration damping and waterproofing. The spray installation uses four dual-nozzle assemblies, protective hoses and extended components intended to reduce spray reaching the aircraft body. Mounting below the motors supports a wide spray swath and uniform application.
The aircraft features RTK centimeter-level positioning, autonomous operation, obstacle avoidance, terrain-following flight and a wide-angle FPV camera. App functions provide autonomous route planning and real-time flight-status monitoring, while the plant-protection control system supports multiple aircraft from one controller. Other described equipment includes brushless motors, motor and speed-controller status indicators, night-flight lights and intelligent charging management with automatic balancing. Spraying must stop when wind exceeds 10 m/s, and rotors must be stationary before battery replacement or liquid replenishment.
