GDU is a drone company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Wuhan, China. Its activities span drone research and development, production, sales, operation and maintenance, and low-altitude data operations. Its drones, automatic hangars, intelligent payloads and software platforms support applications including city management, emergency response and firefighting, power and energy inspection, event security, environmental protection, smart parks and tourism.
Its drone range includes the P300, S200 series, S400, P200 series and S400E. Supporting hardware includes the K01 automatic drone hangar, K02 automatic battery-swapping hangar, K03 automatic charging hangar and K05 vehicle-mounted drone system. Payloads include intelligent five-optical and four-optical pods, the PQL02 miniature four-optical gimbal camera, PLI01 lidar and payload ranges for the S200 and S400. GDU also offers the GDU RC SEE smart controller, command and support vehicles, product and industry application software, an integrated drone management system for smart cities, flight services and drone training. Products offered through its Chinese-language website are sold only in China's domestic market.
