CHNSpec Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd

Company overview

CHNSpec Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd develops, manufactures and sells hyperspectral and color measurement equipment in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Its hardware portfolio covers hyperspectral cameras, imaging spectrometers, UAV hyperspectral measurement systems, precision color difference instruments, spectrophotometers, gloss meters and haze meters, complemented by paint and ink color matching software. These instruments support industrial measurement in printing, coatings, automotive parts, metals and household appliances, as well as work by scientific research institutions in China and abroad.

The FS-60UC UAV hyperspectral measurement system uses DJI M350/M300RTK aircraft as its flight platforms. Its compact configuration combines a stabilized gimbal, hyperspectral imager, embedded data acquisition, processing and storage unit, wireless image transmission, GPS-RTK navigation, a ground receiving workstation, a ground control system and a reflectance calibration panel. The imaging spectrometer has a stated spectral resolution of 2.5 nm. CHNSpec's own image processing algorithms are designed to reduce system power consumption and extend flight time.

The FS-60UC captures spectral imagery of vegetation, water and soil for agricultural and environmental assessment. Its civilian applications include precision agriculture, crop growth and yield assessment, forest pest and disease monitoring, and forest fire monitoring. It also supports monitoring of coastlines, marine environments, lakes and river basins. This aerial sensing system extends CHNSpec's hardware range from industrial color measurement to field observation of crops, forests and aquatic environments.
