Product overview
The ZHTAERO KEEL PLUS is a modular quadcopter frame intended to carry payloads up to 30 kg. Its carbon fiber composite and aviation aluminum construction uses multilayer cross-stacked carbon fiber around the arms, center cabin and other areas where stresses concentrate. A dragon-claw quick-release structure supports carrying and deployment by one person. The frame measures 1020 × 1050 × 610 mm and weighs approximately 5.3–5.66 kg, with packing dimensions of 1250 × 640 × 390 mm. Its procurement configuration is a drone frame.
Integration provisions include reserved openings for power, USB, cable routing and expansion, together with enlarged space beneath the frame for payload installation. The specified propulsion choices are T-motor A10L and Hobbywing X9 Plus or X11 Plus, with 36–43 inch propellers and an AS150 power connector. External 14S batteries rated at 28–42 Ah can use symmetrical dual-bay or quad-bay arrangements and support quick replacement. The KP63 module combines power, voltage step-down, ESC signal, analog current measurement, optocoupler control and LED functions.
