Product overview
The AXR 8835 MG-D is a standard servo for model steering, control-surface movement and mechanical actuation. Its construction combines an iron-core motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 40 × 20 × 40.4 mm body weighing 71 g. A 300 mm cable provides connection reach. Integration requires matching the mounting holes and servo-arm connection to the mechanism; fabrication of mounting parts also requires the final installation drawing because dimensional references can differ between drawings and specifications.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V and uses PWM control at 333 Hz. At 8.4 V, stall torque is 42 kg·cm and no-load speed is 0.143 s/60°; rated torque is separately specified as 16 kg·cm at 7.4 V. Stall torque is unsuitable as a continuous-load rating, so load selection must account for duty cycle. The 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the 1500 µs position midpoint, making neutral and usable travel dependent on the controller and delivered version. Power provision must accommodate transient current, with initial setup performed unloaded or under limited load.

| Torque limitation | Stall torque cannot be used as a continuous-load rating; continuous-duty selection must consider rated torque and duty cycle.Continuous-load selection |
| Neutral position and travel qualification | The 1520 µs reference pulse and 1500 µs position midpoint are both specified; neutral position and usable travel depend on the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version |
| Mounting dimensions qualification | Drawing and specification dimensions may use different reference points; mount fabrication requires the final installation drawing and interface version.Mount fabrication and mechanical integration |
| Integration requirements | Check power, pulse width, mounting holes and servo-arm connection. Start unloaded or with limited load to establish neutral, direction and travel. Allow supply headroom for transient current and avoid cable voltage drop, reverse polarity and sustained loading against mechanical stops.Initial setup and operation |
