Product overview
The Zhuhai SV Tech Co., Ltd. AXR 7455 MG-D is a micro servo for lightweight fixed-wing control surfaces and compact linkage mechanisms. Its configuration combines an iron-core motor, metal gears and two bearings in a 23.6 × 11.7 × 21.3 mm body weighing 13 g. A 250 mm cable supports installation within compact assemblies. Integration requires matching the power supply, PWM pulse widths, mounting holes and servo-arm connection. Mount fabrication also depends on the final installation drawing and interface version, because dimensional references can differ.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V and uses PWM control at 333 Hz. At 7.4 V, it has 5.3 kg·cm stall torque, 0.101 s/60° no-load speed and 1.5 kg·cm rated torque. Continuous-load selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle. The 1520 µs reference pulse and 1500 µs position midpoint require controller-specific neutral and travel setup. Initial adjustment should use a removed or limited load, with supply headroom for transient current and protection against sustained loading at mechanical stops.

| Voltage-range limitation | The operating range specifies permitted supply voltage.Supply voltage within 4.8–8.4 V. |
| Neutral position and travel | The 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the 1500 µs position midpoint; establish neutral position and usable travel for the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version. |
| Mounting dimensions | Drawing and specification dimensions may use different reference bases; establish the final mounting drawing and interface version before fabricating mounts.Mount fabrication and interface version. |
| Integration checks | Check power, signal pulse width, mounting holes and servo-arm connection. Establish neutral position, movement direction and mechanical travel before progressively applying working load.Initial setup with the load removed or limited. |
| Power and mechanism constraints | Allow supply headroom for transient current; avoid cable voltage drop, reversed connections and sustained loading against mechanical stops.Transient current demand and mechanical travel limits. |
