Product overview
The Xingkai F413E provides a two-way radio connection for UAV video, telemetry and control traffic. Its air-unit and ground-unit architecture supports simultaneous network, flight-control, PTZ-control and remote-control data transmission. The air unit can operate in point-to-point or point-to-multipoint relay configurations, with additional air units supporting expansion. On the ground side, a station can exchange data through a serial connection or a network connection using UDP or TCP. This is communications hardware for integration into a UAV system.
Integration provisions include UART interfaces supporting TTL, RS232 and RS485, alongside SBUS. The system supports three serial ports, one SBUS and simultaneous transmission through at most three network ports. Specified dimensions are 135 × 90 × 27.5mm, with weight no greater than 350g. Input power spans DC 12V to DC28V, with DC16.8V identified as standard; consumption is no greater than 20W at 33dBm. Antenna gains are 3.5dBi for the air unit and 9dBi for the ground unit.
The radio uses OFDM and offers selectable bandwidths of 3, 5, 10 and 20MHz. At 20MHz, transmission is specified at not less than 100Mbps, with central and slave nodes sharing bandwidth in one direction. Latency is specified at ≤15ms and adjustable transmit power at 2 × 33dBm. Frequency specifications include 600MHz / 1.4GHz ranges and a detailed operating band of 1420–1530MHz. AES128 encryption, user-set channel keys and OTA, local or remote upgrades accompany a working-temperature range of -30°C to 60°C.
