The Stone Fortress P-H40 series is a miniature UAV gimbal camera payload for energy inspection, intelligent security and forestry protection. Its integrated four-sensor configuration combines a 12MP fixed-focus visible-light camera, a separate 40× ultra-clear optical zoom visible-light camera, 640-resolution thermal imaging and a high-precision laser rangefinder. These components bring fixed-focus imaging, optical zoom, thermal observation and distance measurement into one payload assembly. The camera carries a 4K and color-night-vision designation alongside its individual sensor specifications.
The physical assembly incorporates a lightweight three-axis gimbal and an adaptive vibration-damping module, supported by autofocus and gimbal stabilization algorithms for aerial imaging. Processing is handled by a SoC with a neural-network engine and built-in AI algorithms. Target detection and tracking operate using dual-spectrum imagery. Picture-in-picture and split-screen display modes support viewing the imagery. The integrated equipment therefore includes the sensing components, mechanical stabilization and onboard processing within the UAV camera payload.
