Its QL-I640 series infrared thermal imaging modules provide interfaces for functional expansion and support development tailored to specific integration requirements. Applications include UAVs, vehicle night-vision systems, security monitoring equipment and industrial inspection devices. The QL-I640E model measures 20 × 20 × 38.5 mm and has black ceramic packaging. These modules form the component-level part of AIRVISEN's hardware range, complementing its boards, processing boxes and complete imaging payloads.

For small UAV platforms, the QL-092A dual-sensor gimbal camera combines visible-light and infrared imaging in a black alloy payload measuring 50 × 60 × 96 mm and weighing under 162 grams. The visible-light camera supports 4K photography and video, while a three-axis stabilized gimbal supports observation and tracking during high-speed movement. An onboard 4T AI chip enables automatic recognition of targets including people and vehicles. The payload supports continuous day-and-night area monitoring and has been adapted to multiple mainstream domestic flight-control systems.
