Product overview

The HAKRC 4295 12S 120A fixed-wing monobloc ESC is an electronic speed controller for fixed-wing propulsion integration. Its 81 × 51mm dimensions and 63g net weight define the component’s space and mass requirements. The physical assembly stacks separate control and power boards, with an eight-layer power PCB using 2oz copper and a resin-plugged construction process. Its power hardware includes 80V MOS devices in a quadruple-parallel arrangement, three SLM21867 drivers, copper strips and Japanese Murata capacitors.

The controller accepts 6S–12S LiPo input and specifies 120A continuous current and 150A peak current. Its integrated BEC provides selectable 5V, 6V or 7.2V output at 10A continuous, with 18A instantaneous output. An AT32F421K8U7 processor operates at up to 120MHz with HAKRC-HK4295-0507-V101 firmware. Supported control protocols include PWM, Oneshot125, Oneshot42, Multishot and Dshot150/300/600. The included current sensor measures bus current in real time, while thrust reversal and data backhaul add propulsion-control and monitoring functions.
